ePIC — How it works
The Electronic Payroll Investing Center offers convenience and flexibility to employers by providing:
- Contribution management: You can easily update the contributions of your employees online. Employers with 403(b) or 457 plans can also download a file containing the contributions, make the changes offline, and upload the file for transmission to us. If you prefer, you can upload a file directly from a third-party payroll system. We let you work in the way that is most convenient and efficient for you.
- Automated Payments: You control the timing of your contributions, which are deducted from your organization's bank account and remitted to us directly via the Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) system. With ePIC you no longer need to prepare a check, and eliminate mailing delays and expenses.
- Extensive Reports: You can view and print current or historical reports detailing the contributions of your participants by contribution date or investment allocation. 403(b) employers can also view, print and download information sharing reports detailing the transaction activity of their participants. All of the reports can be run for any date range you select.
